Ramon Fernandez is a former professional baseball outfielder born on September 21, 1977, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 42nd round of the 1996 MLB June Amateur Draft out of Miguel Melendez High School in Cayey, Puerto Rico.

Fernandez played in the minor leagues, primarily as a left fielder, center fielder, and right fielder. He batted and threw right-handed, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 185 pounds. Over his career, he compiled a batting average of .235 with 10 home runs and 10 stolen bases in 512 plate appearances. His best season came in 1998, when he hit .264 with 6 home runs and 8 stolen bases.
